Color	Status	Description
🔴 Red	Busy / On a Call	Automatically activated when you're on a phone call or in a conference call.
🟡 Yellow / Orange	Away, Be right back	You have left the desk and will be back later. Often used to signal a break.
🟢 Green	Available	You are free and ready to take calls or assist others.
🔵 Blue	Incoming Call / Alert	Can flash to indicate an incoming call or other notifications (depends on setup).
🟣 Purple	Do not Disturb / Focus Time	You're in a meeting sharing your screen. Or focusing and prefer not to be disturbed, often during wrap-up tasks or deep concentration.
⚪ White	Custom Status	Sometimes used for roles like QA, supervisor mode, or other personalized signals.
