KuandoHUB is designed for teams who use multiple UC software technologies and software such as Zoom, MS Teams, Webex and others. 

The KuandoHUB makes it easy to manage and setup priorities for your Busylight to follow.

How KuandoHUB works

All alerts prioritize each status and event across different communication platforms based on your preference. This ensures that your availability status is always accurately reflected, no matter which platform you are using.

Whether you're on a call in Microsoft Teams, in a meeting in Zoom, or using another platform, KuandoHUB synchronizes your Busylight status across all platforms.

This way, your status will be consistent and updated automatically, no matter what platform you’re using.

Get started with KuandoHUB

Step 1
Download and install the KuandoHUB for Windows og MacOS

Step 2 
Download and install the Busylight UC software you use Teams, Webex, Zoom, etc.

Step 3
For MacOS: setup priorities manually.
 

For Windows: Start Priority Assistant in KuandoHUB
Easily set the “Platform Priorities” list using the “Priority Assistant”.

Once you’ve finished, give it a test. If it’s not exactly how you want it, just rerun the “Priority Assistant” again and answer the questions differently.

Step 4
Once setup is completed, click “Backup Priorities” option to save file and share, if at any time the Priorities get shuffled, just restore the Priorities using the saved file.
