Kuando In-A-Call is for anyone who wants a simple, universal “in a call / in a meeting” indicator—across many communication platforms—without relying on a specific UC integration.

  • When using a deskphone with Busylight

  • Organizations with mixed or changing communication tools

What does it do

Kuando In-A-Call turns your Busylight into a busy/available signal:

  • Busy (Red) when you’re on a call or in a meeting

  • Available (Green) when you’re not

This helps reduce interruptions and makes availability visible.

How does it work

Kuando In-A-Call is platform-independent. It detects call/meeting status by monitoring your computer’s microphone activity in real time:

  • Microphone active → Busylight turns Red

  • Microphone inactive → Busylight turns Green

Because it uses the microphone status, it works across virtually any communication platform.
